  • 36% of guests ranked Storytime with Mrs. Claus as Superior with 34% scoring it as Excellent and 23% as Good, rounding out the top three performing positions

  • 45% of guests said it took less time than expected to see Santa | 90% said it was worth the wait

  • Reimagine the Zoo Lights Santa meet and greet experience
